The S-MOV12-2A proximity sensor is designed to automatically switch on LED strips upon motion detection and turn them off after 30 seconds of inactivity. It operates with a voltage of 12V DC, supporting a maximum current of 2A (up to 24W load), and is recessed into an 18mm hole. It features a 1.5m long cable and a sensitivity suitable for interiors with ambient temperatures between -5°C and +40°C. It is suitable for furniture, cabinets, display cases, or interior hallways, provided they are not exposed to moisture or strong drafts, as it is not waterproof or suitable for outdoor use. Its compact design allows for discreet integration into enclosed spaces, offering a simple, effective, and automated solution for presence-based lighting.
