The S-MOV-524 proximity sensor is designed for the automatic switching of LED strips on and off by detecting presence, without the need for physical contact. It operates with an input and output voltage of 12 to 24V DC, supports a load of up to 60W, and activates when a person approaches, switching off automatically when they move away. It also includes a push-button function: a short press turns the light on or off, and a long press adjusts the brightness. Installation is simple with an 8mm hole, and the sensor is available in 12mm or 8mm sizes. It includes a 1.5-meter power cable and comes with a 3-year warranty, making it ideal for furniture, display cases, or other indoor applications requiring automated, contactless lighting control.
