International Shipping

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. By providing your personal details and submitting your order, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale.
2. Sales transactions shall be understood asformalized at the seller's address.
3. Retention of title: Until the invoice amount has been paid, the products remain the property of the seller.
4. The delivery time will depend on the availability of the products andthe destination location, and in any case it starts counting from when Viscom Leds and Frames SL receives payment for the order amount from the Bank.
5. This delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method, which will also be displayed andexplained in said sales process.
6. The customer may partially cancel the order as long as the merchandise has not been shipped. If the merchandise has been shipped, the user will be responsible for the entire order, and may postpone the order.It is important to make use of the return/replacement request mechanisms detailed in the Conditions of Sale.
7. For the resolution of any divergence or dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of this contract, the parties submitTo the arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
8. Prices are current, except for editing errors, which invalidate previous prices. Viscom Leds and Frames reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, as well as to eliminate theproduct catalog of any item or the introduction of new ones.
9. Offers and promotions are identified as such and are valid as long as they appear on the screen.
10. Prices in the distributors section do not include VAT.
11. TheDelivery times for out-of-stock products are always approximate and may be delayed or advanced compared to the time indicated for each product.
12. In the event that one or more of the items in the cart are out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify youWe will contact the customer as soon as possible to evaluate possible options for processing the order.
13. Viscom Leds And Frames, as a legally constituted company, is not responsible for compensation or labor costs or extras arising from the use, installation or handling of its products or delayed deliveries thereof to its customers, unless there is a prior contract signed by both parties.
For orders of less than 250€ + VAT, we can wait to ship when we have all the requested products in stock ordivide the order into two shipments, leaving the second for items that are not in stock at that time.In this case, both shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The cost per shipment is €15.
For orders over €250 + VAT,the peWe will process it in a single shipment once we receive the out-of-stock items, or we will split the order into two shipments. The first will be processed within 24/48 business hours with all available products, and the next shipment will be processed in a single shipment.when the product(s) is/are back in stock.The costs of both the first and second shipments are borne by Viscom Leds and Frames.
RETURN POLICY
· According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to withdrawOf the contract for a maximum period of14 calendar daysWithout needing to state the reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in Article 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of Law GGeneral for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
· Before making a return, please contact Customer Service (jescobar@viscomlf.com) or through the After-Sales Service from your customer account, andrequests insinstructionsAnd return authorization number.
· It is important that returns are madeperfectly packed and protected. In the event that the material arrives at our facilities with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection,If you do not have any of these items, the return may not be accepted. To do this, you can use the original packaging and protections. If you do not have them, use a sturdy box large enough to accommodate the item with room, and place the box underneath.and around it, place sufficient protective products (bubble wrap or paper or foam balls, etc.) to prevent the movement of the material inside the box.
· The deadlines and conditions specified in the contract must be met.Each type of return, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Please provide the return authorization number we will provide and attach a copy of the purchase invoice. The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.Unauthorized returns will be accepted postage due.
Once we have received the items in our warehouses and verified that the above conditions have been met, we will refund the amount of the returned products. You will receive the refund within 14 days of receipt.the amount of the returned product(s) in the same way you made the payment or a balance will be assigned in your favor for future purchases.
Types of Returns:
For Breakage or Defect during Shipping/Missing Merchandise:
If at the time of thereceipt of the order, or after checking it you find damage or missing merchandise, you have awithin 24 hoursTo file a claim with us upon receipt. Contact our Customer Service (servicioalclientity@viscomlf.com) and they will give you a solution as soon as possible.
The loss or deterioration of the merchandise during transport will not be the responsibility of Viscom Leds and Frames, but of the Transport Agency itself (if you notice damage to the packaging at the time of delivery,(In case of delivery, please indicate it on the delivery person's delivery note for proof, as this will speed up the processing of claims)
For withdrawal of the product:
You have14 calendar days from receiptOf theproduct/s and as long as the product/s are in good condition, (the merchandise must be sent in its original packaging and with all its accessories. It must be presented in perfect condition, without being unsealed, dirty, stained, or damaged)caused. Otherwise the return will be rejected).
Returns of products without the original packaging or removed from their blister pack will not be accepted.
If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or packaging)If the product is in a bad condition, the return will not be accepted; the same will apply in the opposite case. No product will be exchanged or credited if it has been manipulated by the customer due to misuse, tampering, breakage, etc.; in case ofOtherwise, all warranty will be lost.
The client will be responsible for thereturn costs(either by your own means or by requesting collection from Viscom Leds and Frames. In the case of collection by Viscom Leds and Frames, the costs of the same will bewill be deducted from the credit for returned products, according to the following table:

In thereturnsFor material purchased through a promotion or clearance sale, the customer will be discounted the amount corresponding to the initial shipment, depending on the weight and/or number ofReturned packages, provided that the order would not otherwise have met the conditions to be free.
Once the product has been received, the amount of the item(s) will be refunded (not the original shipping costs and postage) or a refund will be issued.leave a balance in your favor for a future purchase, as indicated.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline, but after having used the goods more than would be necessary to determine their nature/condition/suitability for your needsades, its characteristics or its operation, the consumer will not lose the right of withdrawal but must be responsible for any depreciation of the goods.
Exceptionally, demerits will be applied (as appropriate) to the value of the product.When merchandise does not meet any of the conditions for your right of withdrawal to be accepted and Viscom Leds and Frames decides to accept its return, applying the corresponding penalty.
There will be a minimum charge of €30 perHandling costs for returns due to customer error, which will be deducted from the corresponding credit.
Returns of non-stock products that have been ordered by the consumer or custom-made for will not be accepted.himself.
WARRANTY
The seller must proceed as appropriate with repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, all of which will be free of charge to the consumer and user.
The respondent is responsible for the faults ofconformity that is manifested within a period of 2 years from delivery.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
During the first six months, the defect thatand the product can be presented, it is presumed to be factory-origin, unless proven otherwise.
Always, the product to be repaired or replaced must correspond to the one sent by Viscom Leds and Frames attached to the delivery note and/or invoice. ViscomLeds and Frames is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or manipulated by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer, improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signsentities of incorrect treatment.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges or drops, atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental drops or incorrect use by individuals or companies notauthorized by Viscom Leds and Frames. Similarly, it does not cover wear and tear due to hours or misuse of hours or negligence before or during use, as well as breakdowns caused by incorrect installation or handling and storage.Warranty coverage rates apply to claims for natural loss of brightness or brightness degradation. Viscom Leds and Frames are not responsibleIt is not liable for damages (whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit or loss of earnings) caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or manipulated by the user.Customer or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer; ensure that the installation and operating instructions contained in the user manuals have been followed.
Consumable products and deficiencies are excluded from the guarantees.those caused by improper use or manipulation, connection to the electrical network other than that indicated, incorrect installation or defects arising from any external cause.
It is important that returns to technical support are carried out perfectly.packed and protected, without stickers or labels on the original packaging of the products. In the event that the material arrives at our facilities with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered byr the warranty and/or accepted. To do this, you must use the original packaging and protections. If you do not have them, use a sturdy box of sufficient size to allow the material to be inserted loosely, and underneath, above, and aroundPlace sufficient protective material (bubble wrap, paper balls, or foam, etc.) around the box to prevent the material from moving inside. Don't forget to include the RMA number provided by Viscom on the shipping label.Leds and Frames. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The warranty period is based on operation established by the manufacturer at a maximum ambient temperature of 25°C and with 10 mm of space around the body of the LED Products.
By default, the buyer rReceive a 2-year warranty. Upon request, an extended warranty or a customized project warranty can be offered, after evaluating the applicable conditions.
This warranty only covers products applied in the uses for which they are intended.They were conceived or “normal use” defined as follows:
· the operating conditions are in accordance with the information reflected in the
Products or in their packaging or in their technical sheet.
· the relative humidity in the installation must not exceednever exceed 80% RH nor should it ever exceed the IP category of the Product, if applicable.
· The electrical installation in which the Product operates must not be subject to voltage fluctuations within a range exceeding 230 V +/- 10%.
