MEANWELL LRS100 100W 24V IP20 POWER SUPPLY

The MEAN WELL LRS-100-24 is a 108W switching power supply designed in a compact, low-profile (1U) form factor, ideal for automotive, industrial, machinery, and appliance applications. Its grid-type case design facilitates excellent heat dissipation, ensuring reliable performance in space-constrained systems.

It operates with a universal input range of 85 to 264V AC at 47-63Hz, supplying a 24V DC output with a maximum current of 4.5A. The output voltage is adjustable via a potentiometer within a range of 21.6V to 28.8V DC, precisely adapting to the load requirements.

This model stands out for its high efficiency of 90% and no-load power consumption of less than 0.3W, optimizing energy efficiency and reducing standby power consumption. It features reinforced 4000V AC isolation between input and output, along with low noise and a ripple of 150mVp-p, ensuring a stable and safe power supply.

The operating temperature range is from -30ºC to +70ºC, and it is prepared to work at altitudes above 5000 meters (see drift curves in the technical data sheet).

With compact dimensions of 129 x 97 x 30 mm, the LRS-100-24 allows for easy integration into projects where space is a key factor. It supports mounting on a plate, wall, or DIN rail using the KDIN accessory, offering installation flexibility.

It complies with EN55032 Class B regulations without the need for additional filters and with EN62368-1, making it suitable for coffee machines, household appliances, automation, telecommunications and electronic equipment in industrial and residential environments.
