MEANWELL LRS50 50W 24V IP20 POWER SUPPLY

The MEAN WELL LRS-50-24 is a 52.8W switched-mode power supply designed in a compact, low-profile (1U) form factor, ideal for industrial, automotive, machinery, and appliance applications. Its grid-tied enclosure provides efficient heat dissipation, ensuring reliable performance even in confined spaces.

It operates with a universal input range of 85 to 264V AC at 47-63Hz, supplying a 24V DC output with a maximum current of 2.2A. The output voltage is adjustable via potentiometer between 21.6V and 28.8V DC, allowing it to be adapted to the load specifications.

This model stands out for its typical efficiency of 88% and no-load power consumption of less than 0.2W, promoting energy efficiency. It features reinforced 4000V AC isolation between input and output and a low noise and ripple level of 150mVp-p, ensuring a stable and high-quality power supply.

The operating temperature range spans from -30°C to +70°C, allowing its use in extreme environmental conditions. Furthermore, it is designed to operate at altitudes above 5000 meters (see drift curves in the technical data sheet).

Measuring 99 x 82 x 30 mm, the LRS-50-24 is ideal for integration into systems where space is limited. It allows for mounting on a plate, wall, or DIN rail using the KDIN accessory, offering versatile installation options.

It complies with EN55032 Class B without the need for additional components and with EN62368-1, making it suitable for residential, commercial and industrial applications such as coffee machines, household appliances and automation.
