The MEAN WELL HLG-40H-24 power supply is a highly reliable LED driver specifically designed to power LED strips, LED bulbs, and low- to medium-power lighting systems. Its robust, watertight metal housing with IP67 protection ensures safe operation in outdoor, indoor, and industrial environments.

It operates with an input range of 90 to 305V AC at 47-63Hz, providing a 24V DC output with a maximum current of 1670mA, automatically adapting to load demand. Its rated power is 40W, with a typical efficiency of 88%, optimizing energy efficiency.

The HLG-40H-24 model features reinforced 3750V AC isolation between input and output, and a power factor correction (PFC) >0.95 at 230V AC at full load, which improves efficiency and reduces harmonic distortion.

Designed under Class I regulations, it requires grounding through its metal housing. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +70°C (Tc), allowing its use in extreme environmental conditions. Its dimensions are 171 x 61.5 x 36.8 mm, facilitating its installation in projects with limited space.
